ProjectVision is successfully being used to manage Water Services on behalf of the Department of Environment, Heritage and Local Government (DEHLG). ProjectVision is being used to project manage the building and maintenance of water and waste water facilities and also in monitoring their performance.

Project Management

ProjectVision is used to manage the process of building and maintaining water and waste water facilities throughout Ireland through:

• Day yo day project management and reporting
• Interfaces with Local Authoriies' Financial Management Systems to provide accurate, up to date financial reporting
• Ability to apply for funding from DEHLG throughout the various stages of the project
  

Performance Management

ProjectVision has been developed and is actively being used to manage and monitor the performance of every water and waste water treatment plant in Ireland through:

• Inputting and storing critical performance measurements from individual plants
• Reporting on these measurements including trends and warnings to a variety of stakeholders including the Local Authorities, DEHLG and the EPA
