ProjectVision's scorecard functionality gives management instant visibility of the performance of their organisation. Using ProjectVision's KPI management functionality, the scorecard uses traffic lights and trend indicators to display KPI data and, through the use of roll ups and weighting, allows drill-down from a high level to an individual KPI.

Having identified an individual KPI, the KPI entry data can be viewed to acertain where the problem may lie. Additionally the business owner of the KPI can be identified and the projects that are attached to that KPI and their current status.
