ProjectVision's Key Performance Indicator (KPI) management functionality allows your organisation to create, track and report on its key business metrics. Functionality includes:

• Ability to choose from types of KPI including achievement and reducing
• Creation of groups of KPIs, allowing roll up of scores to give overall scores
• Weighting of individual KPIs at group level to allow the importance of certain KPIs over others to be reflected
• Traffic light statuses for each indicator and group indicator with definable thresholds
• Trend indicator and graph
• Ability to link KPIs to projects in the Project Management module, showing which projects are contributing to the outcome of the KPI and vice versa
• KPIs can be entered manually or imported from other applications or data sources
