My Dashboard

All users can customize their own dashboard report, highlighting the information relevant to them. For example, project team members are shown in-depth details of:

Project they are resourced on
Overdue tasks
Risks and issues they have allocated to them, including due dates
Tasks that require their approval
Time sheet tracking over the next week or month

Additionally, project and program managers are shown key information on all the projects they are responsible for including RAG status, planned v actual cost, risk and issues and the last date the project was updated.

Project Dashboard

Each project and program has a dashboard; this would also be referred to as a project homepage. The project dashboard provides users with instant visibility of key information concerned to that project or program. Potential risks and issues are also identified, allowing swift rectification thus reducing the amount of time spent on a project and ensuring that the project budget is adhered to.
