Project Expense Tracking

ProjectVision allows you to track any project expense to tell if you are on budget at a project level or a project task level. ProjectVision allows you to compare original cost estimates, actual project expenses, projected costs and measure the variances between cost and budgets at any time at any level.

Project resources and users can populate expenses through ProjectVision where this information is organised for the financial department to track project expenses against planned project task management.  As part of the ProjectVision dashboard reports, there is an option to run expense reports. The Project Expense Tracking Reports shows all of the expenses for users, groups and projects.
