Project Calendars
ProjectVision’s project management software allows each member of the project team to have a personal calendar, to track holidays, sick days, vacation and availability of resources per project or per project skill.
The calendar within ProjectVision allows the user and project manager action the following:
- Scheduled Tasks
- Scheduled Risks
- Scheduled Issues
- Annual leave/ vacation
- Project utilization
- Project resource management
- Time sheet tracking
Each of the above can be view individually or rolled up to project team as required.
Project Calendars gives:
- The ProjectVision user an overview of tasks/ risks/ issues they are currently dealing with
- The Project Manager a view of the tasks/ risks & issues their team members are working on
Users can see other user’s calendar as needed, access control can be configured to allow the project manager to see all calendars, so project tasks can be assigned based on skill or availability.
