Project Baseline
ProjectVision’s baseline functionality allows the user to take a Snapshot of a particular program or project at a specific point in time, referred to as the project baseline.
Different baselines can then be compared to each other to track the level of progress made over a particular timeframe. Baselines can be added to either a program or projects (subsequently any sub projects).
ProjectVision project baselines include:
- Project schedule baseline
- Project cost baseline
- Project scope baseline
- Project quality baseline
ProjectVision allows you to combine the scope, schedule and cost baseline of any project into a performance measurement baseline to be used in overall project baseline against which any project performance can be measured.
