Project Collaboration Via Email

ProjectVision ensures project collaboration via feature rich email notifications.

ProjectVision allows the project management team (PMO) to improve the effectiveness of their project or portfolio management with web based project management collaboration tool. To-Do lists, actions, messages, files and milestones can be instantly updated and circulated via push email notifications to the project team members.

Collaboration via email notifications and reminders can be made in accordance with:

• Tasks that resources have been assigned too
• Due dates for tasks, approvals or milestones
• Events such as meetings, project revision and RAG status etc.
• Risks and Issues shared and assigned

ProjectVision allows as many users attached to these reminders as is needed.  Once an email has been sent to the recipient, the details within that email will also appear in the user dashboard.
