Project Task Management
ProjectVision’s project task management capability enables any resource (employee, contractor, 3rd party) to be easily allocated to a task in the planned resources module. Users are assigned tasks which will automatically be shown in the Project Dashboard functionality or on the Resource Plan Task Report.
ProjectVision will highlight under or over allocation on a particular task, which will be flagged so that action can be taken.
ProjectVision also tracks a task by setting a particular user to give approval to a project task before it can be fully completed and signed off. ProjectVision optimises the allocation of tasks to available resources for any project.
ProjectVision task management ensures:
- Task dependency: to ensure that tasks get completed by the assigned resource which avoids project bottlenecks.
- Task completion: mapping out task completion schedule to ensure 100% task completion.
