ProjectVision's programme management functionality builds on the comprehensive project management software. It allows individual projects to be liked together into programmes of work that match your organisation's corporate structure.

Comprehensive programme reporting provides you with visibility of the status of all projects and programmes in your organisation, giving you control that would have been previously very difficult to achieve. Examples of the programme reports available are:

• Cost - roll up of costs from all projects within a programme of work or accross the entire organisation
• Resource - resource usage and availability across the entire organisation, allowing you to identify both over and under useage of resource
• RAG - status of all projects in a programme or across the organisation can be viewed to allow easy identification of problem projects
• Risk and Issue - showing all risks or issues that are flagged as programme risks across a programme or entire organisation. This provides your organisaiton with a corporate risk register application.
