ProjectVision's risk and issue management functionality ensures all project risks and issues are captured, tracked and resolved, improving the perfromance of your projects and minimising cost and time overuns.

Risks are managed with the following information:

• Risk description
• Risk probability and impact measured using a colour-coded, user-definable risk matrix
• Who the risk is assigned to - this appears in the user's dashboard
• Date due to be resolved by
• Risk mitigation strategy
• History of changes and amendments

Issues can also be managed and assigned to users, either created directly or from risk that has occurred.

Corporate Risk Register

Risks and issues that have an impact beyond the specific project can be flagged and tracked as programme risks. This functionality has been used by numerous customers to manage their entire corporate risk register, including health and safety risks.
