Dashboards
Effective management of your business through dashboards
ProjectVision utilises a number of dashboards to provide users with specific and relavent information. The dashboards give users quick access to the most important information to them in one place without having to go looking for it, thus increasing efficiency and reducing the chance of project delays and overspend.
Performance Scorecard
ProjectVision's scorecard functionality gives management instant visibility of the performance of their organisation. Find out more from the performance scorecard page.
My Dashboard
All users are provided with their own dashboard, highlighting the information relavent to them. For examples project team members are shown details of:
- projects they are resourced on
- overdue tasks
- risks and issues they have allocate to them, including due dates
- tasks that require their approval
- their time allocation over the next week or month
Additionally, project and programme managers are shown key information on all the projects they are responsible for including RAG status, planned v actual cost, risks and issues and the last date the project was updated.
Project Dashboard
Each project and programme has a dashboard (also referred to as homepage) providing users with instant visibility of key information concerning to that project. Potential issues are also identified, allowing swift rectification thus reducing project time and cost overrun. Information displayed on the Project Dashboard includes:
- Task summary
- Team members on project and their tasks info
- Overdue tasks
- Top risks and issues
- Organisations and strategies linked to the project
- Project cost summary
- Tasks awaiting approval
