Performance Management
 ProjectVision now gives you greater visibility over the performance of your organisation with its enhanced performance indicator management. The indicator roll-up and traffic lights show you very quickly where there may be issues in your organisation, allowing you to quickly take the appropriate actions thus minimising the impact and cost of issues on your business.
Linking projects and initiatives to KPIs allows you to see which indicators projects are contributing to and again helps identify where there may be issues.
KPI data uploads allow you to easily import data from other systems in your organisations meaning that the data is there quickly and allows your team to concentrate on more value added activities.

Alerts
The new alert functionality allows you to receive emails when certain events occur during the lifetime of project or initiative. The comprehensive list of available alerts includes:
- Changes to project/initiative status
- Risk and issue management
- Task management
ProjectVision's alert tracking means you are made aware as soon as a particular event occurs allowing you to respond quickly and effectively.
Users can also be setup to receive email alerts informing them when an action belonging to them is due ensuring actions happen on time, avoiding project overrun.
Report Builder (Optional)
 ProjectVision's report builder allows you to report on virtually any field in ProjectVision. Reports configurations can be saved to allow you to run the report again at the click of a button and saved reports can also be made system wide allowing other ProjectVision users to run the reports.
This powerful tool allows you to generate exactly the information you require, literally at the click of a button, helping you ensure your organisation stays on track.
Resource Scheduling (Optional)
The new resource scheduling provide you with a view of all scheduling conflicts on a particular resource in ProjectVision, be that a facility or human resource. It will allow you to override the existing work schedule and reschedule the programme of work to resolve any scheduling conflicts.
Earned Value Management
 ProjectVision's Earned Value Management calculation allows the progress of your projects and programmes to be measured in an objective manner. This valuable tool will provide you with early warning of performance issues, allowing you to react quickly to minimise their impact on your projects, programmes and ultimately, your business.
